Still working on the bike the night before racing. Putting finishing touches on. Last minute sand tyre search. Still some adjusting to do but just ran out of time some parts are still coming. So we're as ready as we can be. So much help gone into preparation. I know David would like to thank his Dad, Chris Back, Peter Delpup and Shaun Baxter for the help leading up to the first round. Greatly appreciated.
The new Honda 250F Sponsored by GBF Mining and the Honda Shop Midland, performed excellent on the day. Red #1 plate going into the first round and rider a little pumped. From what seemed like an excellent start to the first moto, Birchy managed a great start and kept his lines clean in 2nd place until a collision with 1st place stalling the bike in front causing them both to loose many placings.
2nd Moto was a consistant run with coming in 2nd place and 3rd moto 6th place. Overall for the day Birchy sits in 7th place for the Championship with 5 rounds left to go. Thanks everyone for the help leading up to and on the day of the event.
